Staff augmentation gives you named engineers, draughtsmen, GIS analysts or developers who work as part of your team, in your hours, on your systems, reporting to your leads. We handle employment, payroll, workspace, equipment, licensing, holiday cover and replacement. You handle the work direction.
Because they sit inside ASAV, they also have our senior checkers and practice leads behind them. A dedicated draughtsman with a technical question does not have to guess — which is the practical difference between this and hiring a lone freelancer.
