Who We Work With

Installers, consultancies, survey firms and public programmes across twenty-two countries.

We work almost entirely business-to-business, as the production arm behind firms that carry the client relationship themselves. Most of our work is delivered white-label under our clients' own title blocks, so the names below are described by type rather than listed.

What these organisations have in common is a workload that peaks harder than they can staff for, and standards they are not willing to lower to get through it.

Client types

Eight kinds of organisation we support

Each with a slightly different engagement pattern.

Solar installers & EPCs

Residential and commercial. Proposal drawings, permit packages, structural and electrical sets, as-builts and interconnection documents at volumes from ten to four hundred a month.

Underfloor heating specialists

Heat-loss calculations, pipe loop layouts, manifold and zoning plans, Linear-based drafting and tender quantity take-offs, usually on a next-morning turnaround.

Architects & interior designers

Concept and permit drawing sets, GA plans, sections, elevations, detail sheets, marketing plans and full Revit model production.

MEP & building-services consultancies

Coordinated services drawings, plant room layouts, schedules, clash-detected federated models and dedicated CAD seats.

Survey & geospatial firms

LiDAR classification, aerial triangulation, DTM/DEM, orthophoto production, planimetric compilation and topographic mapping.

Utilities & telecom operators

Asset capture and attribution, network schematics, as-built record updates, corridor mapping and utility classification from mobile scans.

Government & municipal programmes

Cadastral digitisation, land-use and land-cover classification, property tax mapping and legacy record conversion at programme scale.

Software, proptech & startups

Website and application build, data pipelines and geospatial back-end work, plus embedded developers for longer roadmaps.

Engagement models

Three ways to buy production capacity

Clients frequently run two of these in parallel.

Per deliverable

A fixed price per drawing, plan set, model or square kilometre. Best for irregular volume and for testing us on a first project.

  • No minimum commitment
  • Price agreed before we start
  • Two revision rounds included
  • Ideal for pilots and overflow

Dedicated seats

One or more full-time engineers or draughtsmen reserved for you, working your hours, in your systems, reporting to your leads.

  • Monthly rate per seat
  • Same named people every day
  • You direct the work queue
  • Scale up or down with notice

Framework / retainer

An agreed monthly volume band with locked pricing, guaranteed turnaround and priority in the production queue.

  • Locked rate card
  • Guaranteed capacity reservation
  • Committed turnaround SLA
  • Quarterly performance review

Common questions

What clients ask before signing

Not unless you tell them. All work is produced on your templates and title blocks, and we never contact your clients or appear on your drawings. Many of our accounts have run white-label for years.

Whatever you already use — your SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or an SFTP endpoint. Access is granted per project and revoked at closeout. We do not use personal accounts and we do not keep files after the retention period you specify.

You do, unconditionally. Our contract assigns all intellectual property in the deliverables to you on payment, including working files, and we do not reuse your project material as portfolio content without written permission.

It is corrected free and prioritised. Two revision rounds are included on every job as standard, and errors originating with us fall outside that allowance entirely — they are simply fixed.

Yes. We run overlapping shifts covering UK, European and US hours, and dedicated-seat clients set the working window. Your project manager is reachable live during your business day.

Always, before any file is shared. We are equally happy to work under your paper or ours, and we accommodate client-imposed security requirements such as restricted networks or named-personnel clauses.
