Questions we get asked most
Within one working day for standard scopes, and within two to three days for large multi-discipline programmes that need a proper programme built. If it will take longer than that, we tell you when to expect it.
No. A single drawing is a perfectly acceptable first order, and it is how most of our long-running accounts started.
A signed NDA if you want one first, the survey or brief, your CAD template or a sample deliverable, and any calculation or accuracy specification that applies. If a template does not exist yet, we will build one with you.
We run scheduled shifts that cover UK, EU and US business hours, and we handle genuine deadline emergencies on request. Rush work is quoted transparently rather than absorbed and resented.
Per-deliverable work is invoiced on issue, dedicated seats monthly in advance. Bank transfer or card. Terms are agreed in writing before the first job and we do not ask for advances on pilot projects.
