Offshore

A complete offshore delivery centre — team, management, process and reporting.

Offshore — representative deliverable
Overview

Offshore

At a certain scale, individual seats stop being the right unit. If you need fifteen or thirty people, you do not want fifteen reporting lines into your own managers — you want a delivery centre with its own leadership, process and accountability, reporting to you at a summary level.

Offshore delivery gives you that: a dedicated team with its own team leads, quality function and project management, running your work to your standards and reporting on throughput, quality and capacity. Your managers direct priorities rather than supervising individuals.

Everything else that makes an offshore centre work comes with it — facilities, IT, security compliance, business continuity, recruitment and training — because those are the parts that sink captive offshore attempts, not the hiring.

Frequently asked

Management layer and accountability. An offshore centre has its own leads, quality function and project management, and reports to you on throughput and quality rather than requiring your managers to supervise individuals. Above roughly ten people that difference becomes the whole point.

In most cases yes, including physically separated work areas, restricted or air-gapped networks, named-personnel clauses, device restrictions and client-controlled access. Tell us the requirements early — some of them affect facility planning and therefore the setup timeline.

That is a legitimate strategy and we will support the transition, including staff transfer arrangements where individuals agree. Build-operate-transfer is an explicit option and we would rather structure it openly at the start than have it become a dispute.

Six to twelve weeks to full operation, depending on team size and security requirements. Recruitment and training run in parallel with facility and IT setup, and a smaller initial cohort can usually start producing before the full team is in place.
