As-Built Drawings
As-builts are the deliverable everyone deprioritises and then urgently needs — at closeout, at incentive claim, at warranty dispute, at resale, and every time a technician visits a site they have never seen. Field reality diverges from the permit set on almost every job, and a record set that still shows the design intent is worse than useless.
We turn field markups, commissioning records, photographs and installer notes into a clean record set. Module counts and string configurations are reconciled against the actual inverter and monitoring configuration, equipment serial and model data is captured, and routing is corrected to what was installed rather than what was drawn.
Where markups conflict — and they usually do — we raise a query list rather than picking whichever source looks tidiest. The resulting set is one your O&M team can rely on years later.
