Contractual
Fixed-term dedicated resources for a defined project or programme.
Contractual
Project-driven work creates a specific problem: you need three extra draughtsmen for eight months and then you do not. Hiring creates a redundancy problem, and agency contractors cost a premium and leave with the project knowledge.
Contractual resourcing covers exactly that shape. Named people for an agreed term at an agreed monthly rate, integrated into your team and your systems, released at the end without termination cost or process. Extension is straightforward if the programme runs long, which it usually does.
You interview candidates before assignment and you can decline any of them. The people you accept are the people who work on your project — no substitutions without your agreement.
